Is your mind going at 1000 per hour and doesn't let you sleep or meditate? Or you do sleep but you wake up with your jaw all tight and in pain from that tension? Just inhale or diffuse Peace and calming as often as you need. Apply it along your jaw line and "let it relax too" while you sleep.

Inhale peace and calming from your hands by cupping your hands over your nose and mouth. Do this breathing exercise: Inhale slowlya and deeply for 5 seconds, hold your breath for 5 and exhale slowly for 5 seconds. Focus on your breathing. Once you calm down, pray and visualize the situation already resolved in your favor.

ANXIOUS, FEARFUL TRAUMAS, BONDING, SECURITY

Inhale deeply from hands, bottle, or difuse when having anxious or fearful thoughts and when your body is negativelly reacting from remembering past traumatic memories. For children, you can apply on their feet before going to sleep and hug them while you talk love so they can feel your reasurance. This practice will create a bond and an anchor so that next time they need it, by smelling this oil they will re-live that secure feeling.
