Marjoram

Marjoram has a pungent and spicy aroma and it is great to soothe nerves, joints and muscles. It assists voluntary and involuntary muscles such as the digestive track and the heart. Creates a hostile environment for bacteria and fungus.

LUNGS, BRONCHIA, RESPIRATORY

Diffuse, inhale from hands or apply diluted over chest, lungs and throat to support normal breathing and help dissolve and loosen mucus for easier release.

SPORTS, GROWTH SPURTS, SPASMS

Massage diluted marjoram over hurt muscles, back or joints when playing sports, to ease discomfort from growth spurts or muscle cramps. A cold compress may be applies if there is inflammation.

EASE TENSION MIND & MUSCLES

Inhale from hands and apply over feet to relax when over-stressed. Massage on back of the neck and shoulders to ease tension and soften rigid muscles.

HEART, CIRCULATION, FLUID RETENTION

Massage 1-3 drops over heart area for cardiovascular health, promoting a normal heart rate when too fast. It may also help normalize heart pressure when high. Apply on bottom of feet and legs to promote circulation or to discourage fluid retention.

HEAD, MENSTRUAL CRAMPS

It's vaso dilatant, properties may help ease head tension. Apply 1-2 drops on temples, forehead and base of the neck. For mernstrual cramps apply diluted over abdomen.
