Present time was created to help us leave the past in the past, and allow a sense of progress and security to move forward.

MOVING FORWARD

Inhale from hands or from bottle several times a day. Use when the thoughts of the past are making you feel stuck. Use with affirmations and the intention of moving forward and letting go of the past.

VISION BOARD

Very useful when making a vision board or visualizing the goals in mind to evoke a sense of confidence and achievement. Diffuse or inhale from hands.
