Peppermint

Peppermint is one of the most versatile oils. Used for a myriad of benefits. Mostly known for digestive and respiratory support. It also supports the body's natural response to inflamation. Its cooling action is refreshing to the breath and body when hot weather. Peppermint is the last oil used in the Raindrop Technique as it drives all other oils deeper into the skin, causing a hot and cooling sensation after the hot compress is applied.

COOL & ENERGIZE

Difuse and rub a drop on temples, forehead and back of neck for renewed energy and concentration while studying late, driving long or boring commutes, working extra hours or to refresh in a hot summer day. May also be useful to cool down the body temperature.

MOTION & BOWELS

Smell or rub on stomach (diluted) for ocasional sensitivity to motion while traveling on a plane or on the road Rub on stomach in a circular clockways motion to stimulate digestion and bowel movement.

HAIR & SCALP

Pour a few drops on scalp and massage for a cooling effect, encourage circulation and beautiful hair. It may help repel lice.

HEAD & JOINTS

Apply on head for ocasional discomfort and on joints to ease discomfort when using repeated movements over time (like using mouse or writing)

EXERCISE

Inhale deeply from hands and rub on chest before working out for increased oxygen and encourage deeper breathing. Rub on legs before running for increased performance.
