Place a drop onto back of hand, lick and put tongue on roof of mouth while you inhale through mouth and exhale through your nose. Feel the nostrils opening and easier breathing?

Put a drop into mouth (or less by tapping bottle onto hand) for a clean and refreshing breath. Doing this may also soothe occasional acidity in oesophagus or stomach.
