Cypress

Known for its circulatory promoting properties, cypress also strengthens blood capillaries. It is grounding and stabilizing to the emotions, bringing a sense of security.

CIRCULATION, FLUID RETENTION, SPIDER VEINS

Massage with cypress on the bottom of the feet and legs in an upward motion to promote and improve circulation, discourage spider veins and discourage fluid retention.

CIRCULATORY ENHANCER BODY OIL

Make an after-shower body oil to replace chemical-laden body lotions, for a soft, lubricated and healthy looking skin and legs by improving circulation and stimulating the lymphatic system: To a full bottle of V6 oil, add 30 drops of Cypress, 15 drops Clove, 20 drops Lemongrass, 10 drops Lavender and 10 drops Geranium or Ylang Ylang for a delicious aroma. Mix and use every day after shower over wet skin, massaging in an upward motion from feet up to the legs, arms back and front. 1 or 2 pumps will be enough for the whole body when applied over DAMP skin.

NOTE: Adding 20 drops of grapefruit would increase the benefits, but sun exposure should be avoided. This can be a good choice for the winter months.

CAUTION: Make sure your digestive system is working properly when you first start, so toxins can flow out. If you experience a skin rash after a week, this can be a sign of detoxification from years of using body lotion. Drink plenty of water and stop using oil blend for a few days. Then resume and make this natural oil your choice for after shower skin care.

BODY FAT CHEMICAL CLEANSE

Mix 3 drops cypress, 1 drop orange and 1 drop grapefruit in a teaspoon of carrier oil (V6, coconut, almond) Apply 2-4 drops of this mixture over lymph gland areas and under arms to help cleanse and detoxify chemicals stored in body fat. You may also use Cel-Lite massage oil for legs or larger areas. Drink plenty of water.

PANCREAS

Apply over pancreas and massage over pancreas Vita-flex points on feet to stimulate and promote healthy pancreatic function.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, LOSS, TRANSITIONS

Inhale several times a day during transition or loss to ground and stabilise emotions and to connect with your inner strength.
