Basil

Basil has a delicious, sweet, and refreshing aroma. It also creates a hostile environment where virus and bacteria cannot thrive. Bsail supports the body's natural response to inflamation.

HEAD TENSION & MENTAL VIGOUR

Diffuse, apply diluted on temples, forehead and back of neck to invigorate when mentally fatigued and to ease strong head tension.

MUSCLES, JOINTS, WRISTS

Combine with coconut oil and massage joints and overworked wrists; also cramped, fatigued or swollen muscles to relax. Add lemongrass to the mixture for added benefits. Diffusing this delicious blend invigorates the mind.

EAR, TONSILS, THROAT

Put one drop of basil and one drop of coconut or olive oil on a cotton ball and place on ear for occasional ear and throat discomfort. May also dilute and apply behind the ear, on throat and swollen tonsils.

AROMATHERAPY, BATH, MASSAGE

Diffuse for a delicious and invigorating aroma. Add 5 drops to epsom salts and use in a bath to relax. Mix with V6 or coconut oil for a full body massage.

RESPIRATORY SYSTEM

Difuse into the air or dilute and apply on chest, back and feet to support respiratory system. May be combined with lemongrass, frankincense and lemon.
